Make checks payable to Silver Bay Au Pair Course. Please make sure Mike’s name and Au Pair Course is part of address. Do NOT mail to Silver Bay.

COST

The course cost $275 and includes the course, lodging, meals, some snacks and beverages. It does not cover your transportation from your host parents home to and from the campus. There is no charge for parking. If you register less than a month before the course (registration post marked less than a month before) there is a late fee of $50 for a total of $325. Silver Bay has bedrooms with mainly two beds but there are some rooms with 3, 4 or 5 if a group of friends would like to request to stay together.

REFUND REQUEST POLICY

If made within 21 days (3 weeks) prior to the weekend, all but $100 is refundable. If made within 14 days (2weeks) prior to the weekend, all but $150 is refundable. If made within 3 days of the course, all refunds will be dependant upon filling your space.

SWITCHING WEEKENDS

If you wish to switch weekends, you must give us at least 14 days (2week) notice and a $50 change fee will be charged.

PAYMENT NOTE

Early payment must be made by check, NOT credit cards. There is a $25.00 fee for returned checks. If you make payment less than 30 days before weekend, late fee (additional $50) applies.

LATE FEES

If your registration is post marked less than one month in advance, there is an additional $50.00 fee. Thus the cost is $325. If you are registering less than three weeks before the weekend, e-mail us first to make sure there is still space. If there is space, fax 518-454-2110 or e-mail this form; do not send a check; bring cash payment with you and receive a receipt.
